I needed a new Explorer as my current one had a ton of miles. So I stopped into the dealership to see what they had available. I went into the dealership a little on the defensive, expecting the high pressure sales tactics, expecting to be bombarded with sales pitches. Nothing could be further from the truth. They took time to explain all my options with financing for several different types of Explorers and even searched to find the right one for me which took about a week. I was blown away with how transparent they made the transaction. The service department has been great to work with when I bring my car in for basic maintenance and upkeep over the last several months. I couldn't be happier with my choice to use this dealership.
